I got caught up researching the latest in holograms! Not needing a VR headset or anything. And not perspective tricks. And not cubes of glass where you see 3D things. Starting with this little tidbit where scientists can write things using lasers in the air.

Adventure:
I actually did a bunch of Supernatural workouts. None incredibly interesting, but satisfying nonetheless. At the end of every workout there is a pause where you can look around and enjoy the scenery, and I’ve taken to using it for a bit of prayer and meditation. It’s really nice.

Less technically impressive (honestly, I’m not even sure how the other company’s stuff is working; their materials show light just bouncing off of thin air), is the company called Proto, where it’s like, you can see the hologram, but they’re in a refrigerator. It’s a little weird.

Well, we started the week at an average of 188.3 and ended at an average of 188.5. But at least I made it down from the 190s and back into 187.8 land again. Hate that I lost that entire week to two bad days of eating last week, but, you know what, it happens. We carry on.
