Just a quick little Supernatural workout.

Today’s Awesome:
This week we’re all about underground cities. I keep wondering, if we want more space, what about going down rather than just up?
Turns out, underground cities are already a thing throughout human history. Although they’re less for living in longterm and more of an extensive bunker for protection.

The “dalle” in the test is a new computer program where you give it a sentence and it makes an image. Pretty amazing.

Recovery day. Beyond a short Supernatural workout, I also dove back into playing this easy-paced Star Wars game.
Food: 32
Weight: 186.1
I didn’t even do a workout beforehand! It’s like we’re getting back to the good ol’ days of the early diet. Maybe I can lose a half a pound to a pound a week or so.
Today’s Awesome:
Here is more on the absolutely awesome concept: the earthscraper. I also love the way these proposals are filled with light, and not topped off at the top, usually.

I was in the middle of a giant workout when my right controller just stopped working. Spent the rest of the day trying to get it operational again with no luck!

Naturally, folks have been wondering if living underground could be a good response to climate change.
The problem, says Asmo Jaaksi, chief architect of Helsinki’s underground Amos Rex Museum, is not the construction itself – “it’s making people comfortable to go underground that we found complicated,” he explains.
…
Will we ever join the people of Cappadocia and move beneath the surface? Jaaksi thinks – yes. “I think underground living will become part of the future of cities,” he argues. “Underground is temperate with less variability in temperature, conserves heat, has better drinking water thanks to fewer contaminants from surface wastewater and – well, geothermal energy. As global warming creates an increasingly hostile surface environment, underground might be the safest place. You really want to be in a skyscraper when the tornadoes start?”

We got pretty low this week, 186.3 rolling average vs 187.1 rolling average a week ago, so that’s pretty great! Not sure what I’ll be doing about that controller though.
